The Dublin Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (DSPCA) is a registered charity, established in 1840 to prevent cruelty to animals and is now Ireland's largest animal welfare organisation.

Hi there my name is Freya and I’m a 7 month old German Shepherd. I was found as a sick stray and was brought to the DSPCA so that I could be looked after and cared for. I had mange and received lots of lovely special baths to help my sore skin.
I am still a puppy and I play bite a lot so I need someone who will attend training classes with me and help to learn. I am a very clever girl and I will learn quickly. I’m good with other dogs and I’m nearly toilet trained. A happy dog is a well exercised dog and that’s exactly what I need... Is that with you?
